Victoria Reese is a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise and Steve Warshaw is a certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.   We’ve developed the B3V Method as a means of achieving a slimmer, more toned physique while addressing common muscular imbalances and improving posture.
